Legal
Terms of use & engagement
These terms govern access to https://techsecurityflow.digital and professional audit engagements with Tech Security Flow (“we,” “us”). By using this site or signing an engagement letter, you accept these terms.
Acceptance
If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission our work. Engagement-specific terms in a signed letter prevail over this page where they conflict, except for governing law and liability caps stated here unless the letter expressly amends them.
Services described
Site content describes independent fintech audits and related assessments. Descriptions are informational. A binding scope exists only in a signed engagement letter. We do not provide statutory audit opinions, legal advice, or licensed advocacy before the Financial Supervisory Commission unless separately agreed in writing with appropriate professionals.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and branding belong to Tech Security Flow. You may not copy site materials for commercial reuse without permission. Working papers remain our property; the management letter delivered to you may be shared with your board, statutory auditors, and regulators as needed for the engagement purpose. You may not publish our letter as a marketing endorsement without prior written consent.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate evidence, timely access to control owners, and notify us of known fraud or regulatory inquiries affecting the review period. Delays in evidence may shift timelines and fees as described in the engagement letter.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Taiwan law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions third parties make based on our findings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.
Confidentiality
We keep non-public client information confidential except where disclosure is required by law, professional standards, or your written instruction. See our Privacy page for personal data handling.
Governing law
These terms and related disputes are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
