About

A small audit practice rooted in Taiwan’s payment corridors

Tech Security Flow began as a partnership between operations auditors who had spent years inside remittance houses and consumer lenders — then chose independent review work over another in-house control role.

Why we exist

Fintech operators in Taiwan often face diligence requests that arrive faster than their internal audit calendar. Statutory auditors cover the financial statements; what boards and banking partners still ask for is a clear view of settlement breaks, KYC sampling quality, and whether collections policies match the files. That is the gap we fill.

We keep the practice intentionally small. Principals stay on the engagement rather than handing fieldwork to a rotating junior bench. Our office on 3rd Street in Penghu is where working papers are finalized; most client days are spent in Taipei operations floors or on remote evidence calls.

Working approach

We start from your product inventory and settlement calendar, not from a generic industry template. Findings are written in plain language with enough transactional detail that an operations lead can act without translating auditor jargon. Mild disagreements with management are recorded as such — we do not soften a break aging issue to keep a relationship comfortable.

Values that show up in the work

  • Independence from implementation vendors and software sellers
  • Respect for customer privacy when sampling KYC and lending files
  • Timelines that honor inspection dates without inventing false urgency
  • Fees explained before fieldwork begins
