Lending book review

Sample-based review of underwriting files, collections paths, and provision logic for consumer and SME fintech lenders.

Stacked loan files prepared for sample testing

Who this is for

Consumer and SME lenders, BNPL operators, and embedded-credit teams who need an independent sample review before a funding round, board provision discussion, or supervisory visit.

What we examine

We pull stratified samples across origination months, product types, and risk grades. Each file is tested against your stated underwriting policy: income evidence, affordability checks, adverse media flags, and approval authority. Collections samples follow the same logic — contact attempts, forbearance terms, and write-off triggers.

Deliverable

A findings memo with sample results, thematic issues (for example, missing income proofs in a specific vintage), and commentary on how provision assumptions align with observed delinquency paths. We do not recalculate IFRS expected-credit-loss models from scratch unless separately scoped.

Timeline & fee basis

Most books of fewer than 15,000 active accounts finish in two to three weeks. Larger portfolios or multi-product lenders run four weeks. Fees start around NT$220,000 and scale with sample size and site visits.
